We are looking for an existing Paralegal - AI Trainer to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

In this role you will need to hold an expert level of legal reasoning — a J.D. is required.

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex legal problems and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications:

• Currently the Paralegal of a company (or have similar experience and expertise)
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Must be a law school graduate
• Have at least 5+ years of law experience
