What You’ll Do

• Provide essential clinical services to patients, including comprehensive immunization programs and medication therapy management interventions, ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company standards.
• Engage proactively with customers and patients, offering personalized assistance, expertly resolving inquiries, and ensuring a consistently positive and supportive experience.
• Champion best practices in customer service, inspiring team members to deliver distinctive and delightful interactions that build lasting trust and loyalty.
• Cultivate strong patient relationships by anticipating individual needs and proactively offering a comprehensive range of healthcare services, such as patient consultations, medication management, and thorough drug therapy reviews.
• Support the strategic shift towards an interpersonal pharmacy model by focusing on holistic wellness services, including robust immunization campaigns, flu shot initiatives, and impactful diabetes awareness programs.
• Uphold the highest standards of operational excellence, including the diligent application of dispensing policies in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain continuous professional development by staying current with the latest pharmacy and healthcare advancements through industry publications and company communications.
• Pursue and obtain necessary certifications, educational credits, and internal training to continuously enhance your performance and expertise.

Key Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
• Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.
• Be able to work 5 days/week from 5:45 PM – 1:45 AM (scheduled days will vary, but will be consistent throughout the assignment).
• Have a current and valid Pharmacist’s License in good standing in the state where services are rendered.

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer status.
