Mitigation Manager
Location: Columbus, OH
Job Type: Full Time
Overview
Lead emergency mitigation, board-up, and contents restoration operations across Central Ohio. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, financials, field teams, safety compliance, and final job sign-off.

Qualifications
- Experience in construction management, emergency mitigation, and structural drying
- Knowledge of hazardous environments, including lead, asbestos, mold, sewage, and soot
- Experience with Xactimate, rLinc, HH2, and Sage/Timberline
- Understanding of insurance claims, permits, and building inspections
- Leadership, coaching, and performance management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, or AMRT preferred
- OSHA and EPA safety compliance knowledge preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee emergency mitigation projects from planning through final sign-off
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate direct reports
- Manage project financials, profitability, resources, and schedules
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters on estimates, sales, and billing
- Enforce IICRC, OSHA, and safety protocols
- Conduct team training and audit field documentation and job records
