At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys diagnosing mechanical issues, working with automated equipment, and taking ownership of equipment performance in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential requirements for Maintenance Technician

- Tell us about your maintenance experience with production or automated equipment.

- What types of mechanical or equipment issues have you troubleshot and repaired?

- What hand and power tools are you most experienced using?

- Are you comfortable reading technical drawings or diagrams?

- Do you have computer and basic math skill experience?

Role for Maintenance Technician

- Perform preventive maintenance on production and automated equipment to minimize downtime.

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair equipment breakdowns using hand and power tools.
