Full job description
The Role
DemandWorks is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building scalable web applications, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment where innovation and ownership are valued. You will work across front-end and back-end technologies to design, develop, and maintain modern cloud-native applications.
Work Authorization Requirement
Applicants must be currently residing in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

This is a fully remote position; however, employees must be physically located within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Build responsive front-end user interfaces using JavaScript, AJAX, Angular, Razor, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop and maintain back-end services and business logic using C# and .NET technologies.
- Manage and optimize MySQL databases, including schema design and query performance.
- Participate in cloud-native application deployment and support across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and services.
- Collaborate with developers, project stakeholders, and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Independently manage projects from concept through deployment and ongoing support.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET application development.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience working with MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with Angular, Razor, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Understanding of Docker, cloud-native technologies, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
