Full Stack Web Developer

The Role

DemandWorks is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building scalable web applications, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment where innovation and ownership are valued. You will work across front-end and back-end technologies to design, develop, and maintain modern cloud-native applications.

Work Authorization Requirement

This is a fully remote position; however, employees must be physically located within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive front-end user interfaces using JavaScript, AJAX, Angular, Razor, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and maintain back-end services and business logic using C# and .NET technologies.
• Manage and optimize MySQL databases, including schema design and query performance.
• Participate in cloud-native application deployment and support across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and services.
• Collaborate with developers, project stakeholders, and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Independently manage projects from concept through deployment and ongoing support.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET application development.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with Angular, Razor, or similar front-end frameworks.
• Understanding of Docker, cloud-native technologies, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
