Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Columbus, OH

Salary Range: $17.5 to $20 per hour

Job Overview:

A Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems, ensuring precision and organization across various databases and software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into various databases and software applications
• Update and maintain existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files as needed
• Assist with data cleanup and migration projects
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity
• Adhere to data entry policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
