Spa Manager & Lead NursePosition Overview

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized Spa Manager & Lead Nurse to lead the clinical and operational success of our wellness and aesthetics facility. This role is designed for a seasoned nursing professional with proven leadership capabilities who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and values operational excellence.

The Spa Manager & Lead Nurse will be responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, managing staff performance, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting overall business growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who leads by example, maintains high standards, and fosters a positive, professional culture focused on wellness, service, and results.

This position includes management responsibilities and profit-sharing opportunities as part of the overall compensation package for individuals who contribute to the success and growth of the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness facility to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional client experiences.
  • Lead, supervise, and support clinical and administrative staff through training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Foster a collaborative, service-driven, and accountable workplace culture.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between patient care, scheduling, inventory, and operational workflows.
  • Maintain a tranquil, welcoming, and high-standard environment for clients and staff.

Clinical Oversight & Patient Care

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care while maintaining a patient-centered approach to wellness and aesthetics.
  • Conduct patient assessments, consultations, and follow-up care as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation, treatment protocols, and adherence to clinical best practices.
  • Support individualized treatment experiences that promote client satisfaction, safety, and overall well-being.
  • Maintain strict infection control, sanitation, and safety standards.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, nursing standards, and facility protocols.
  • Maintain licensing, documentation, and operational standards in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and improve quality assurance processes to maintain excellence in care and service delivery.

Business Growth & Management

  • Assist in driving operational performance, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Manage staffing schedules, inventory control, vendor relationships, and supply ordering.
  • Support business development initiatives, retention efforts, and elevated patient experiences.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability in achieving operational and financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Active nursing license (RN, BSN, or equivalent licensure required).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of nursing experience; leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in medical spa, wellness, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related healthcare settings preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-relations skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, patient confidentiality, and clinical best practices.
