Overview

Rogue Muzic is seeking motivated and well connected Talent Scouts to help identify and recruit emerging artists from around the world. This is an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about music, artist development, and discovering the next generation of talent.

As a Talent Scout, you will play a key role in expanding our artist roster by finding promising musicians, building relationships with independent artists, and introducing qualified talent to our A&R and management teams. If you have a strong network, a good ear for talent, and a passion for helping artists grow their careers, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with independent artists across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, and other music communities.
  • Research emerging artists, music trends, and viral content to identify potential signing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with artists, managers, producers, and industry professionals.
  • Introduce qualified artists to Rogue Muzic's A&R and management teams for evaluation.
  • Educate artists about available services, including distribution, marketing, playlist promotion, management, branding, and development opportunities.
  • Track outreach efforts and artist submissions through company systems and reporting tools.
  • Attend local shows, showcases, virtual events, and networking opportunities when available.
  • Represent Rogue Muzic professionally while maintaining positive relationships within the music community.

Qualifications

  • Passion for music and artist development.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Active presence on social media platforms and familiarity with current music trends.
  • Ability to identify artists with commercial potential, strong branding, or growing fan engagement.
  • Experience in music promotion, artist management, A&R, marketing, influencer outreach, or talent scouting is preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple artist relationships.
  • Knowledge of streaming platforms, social media marketing, and digital music distribution is a plus.

Compensation

This position offers performance based compensation with opportunities for bonuses based on successful artist referrals, signings, and campaign participation. Top performing scouts may also qualify for additional incentives, exclusive industry opportunities, and advancement within the company.
