Pet Emergency Center is a locally owned, 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital serving Missoula and the surrounding valleys. Since 2003, our team has provided compassionate emergency and critical care for cats and dogs when their regular veterinary clinics are closed.

You’ll Never Practice Alone

The Facility & Medicine

Our modern emergency hospital is designed to support a wide variety of urgent and critical cases. Our facility includes advanced diagnostics and treatment tools that allow us to provide comprehensive emergency care.

You can expect:

• A busy and diverse emergency caseload
• In-house diagnostic laboratory
• Digital radiology and ultrasound
• Surgical suites with full patient monitoring
• Oxygen therapy and critical care capabilities
• Blood transfusion services and endoscopy
• Strong technician utilization and support

Who We’re Looking For

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school
• Internship training or emergency experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• A passion for emergency and critical care medicine
