Full job description

Receptionist Position Offered Small Animal Veterinary Clinic has an opening for a full time receptionist. You would be part of a team of three receptionists. The position requires:

*Greeting clients: interacting with clients and their pets

*Answering phone calls and taking messages

*Peparing charts

*Scheduling appointments

*Cashing out clients

Interacting with clients and their pets with a caring and helpful attitude. If you have at least one year of medical or veterinary reception experience, we'd love to hear from you. We offer a calm and ordered environment. Pay is based on computer skills and customer services ability. We have training to help understand our hospital protocols. We offer Continuing Education, vacation and sick leave. Please reach out to us if you think this may be the right position for you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
