We are looking for full-time Sales Engineer at a global Cutting Tools company in Plain City, OH.

Responsibilities - Sales Engineer

• Acquire new customers as well as maintain healthy relations with existing customers, to increase the sales and delivery of our distributed cutting tools.
• Conduct regular visits to customer sites, facilitate meetings involving customers and suppliers, perform cost-benefit analyses, and cold-calling leads.
• Study and familiarize yourself with the products we handle, track territory sales metrics, handling customer problem resolution, and consistently achieve target sales deliverables.
• To ensure smooth operations, you will participate in regular meetings and are expected to coordinate with other departments.
• Other job duties are assigned as needed

Qualifications - Inside Sales / Inventory Control Representative

• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, and/or related field
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in preferably manufacturing industries.
• Japanese language skills are plus
• Great communication skills
• Able to work independently under minimum supervisor
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, lift in excess of 15 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
• Ability to travel up to 3 hours round trip from Plain City, OH
