Hiring No Experience CDL-A Drivers
Central-Eastern Regional Fleet
Hiring Route: Columbus, OH
Home Time: Weekly
Compensation & Benefits:
- Paid Training for Recent Grads
- $850/week during training for new drivers
- Home time: Weekly with 34 Hour Reset
- Solo Starts: Average $1,360–$1,520 per week
- Starting pay from $0.56 CPM-$0.70
- Up to 3 CPM Drive to Thrive performance bonus
- Short-haul minimum pay: $100–$200, depending on miles
- Stop Pay: $15.00 & Short Haul: $40.00
- Paid orientation & Transportation
Home Time & Freight:
- Get Home: Weekly, 34 hours restart
- 100% No-Touch Freight
- Trucks will be Assigned
- Routes within IN, KY, OH, PA
Lane Information:
- Mix of drop & hook and live unload
- Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week
- Run Up to 4 Eastern States
- Out Back and To Ohio
- Late-model Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A
- Must be 21 years or older
- Recent CDL graduates welcome
- Must meet DOT requirements
- No SAP/DUIs
