We are currently hiring three additional Technical Support and Customer Care team members to support our users around the world. You’ll provide walkthroughs, onboarding tutorials, and troubleshoot issues as users navigate our platform. You'll also have opportunities to work on special projects for the executive team outside of your other important work for more growth opportunities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming/outgoing calls and emails, building relationships with customers, speakers, and contributors
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to answer questions and take orders confidently
  • Update content across our websites as needed
  • Work within our CRM and ticketing systems and provide feedback to improve customer support processes
  • Additional cross-functional responsibilities based on company needs and your interests (marketing, product testing, advertising, etc.)

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience with tech troubleshooting is a big plus
  • You’re a self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities with ease and confidence
  • Highly PC literate and able to quickly pick up new software
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential financial data
