PACC Foods Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Billing Data Clerk to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate billing and data management, supporting our financial operations from a remote setting. Responsibilities


  • Enter and update billing information into company databases with precision and efficiency.
  • Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness before processing invoices.
  • Review billing statements and identify discrepancies or errors for correction.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records of billing transactions in compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external clients to clarify billing issues as needed.
  • Generate reports related to billing activities and assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols at all times.


Qualifications & Skills


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance, accounting, or data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, billing, or administrative roles, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Familiarity with billing software or ERP systems is advantageous.
