2nd Shift Pouch Machine Operator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team at Reynolds Packaging - working Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shifts, with a 3 day Weekend Every Weekend!

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining pouch machinery and equipment. This role requires a background in machining and a keen eye for quality control.

Duties:
- Setup, adjust, and operate machines to optimize settings to achieve productivity targets.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate machining and assembly.
- Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet or exceed specifications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working space.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.

Requirements:
· Three (3) years of working experience in a manufacturing setting.

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

· Ability to use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.

· Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.

· Communicate verbally and through written materials.

Job Environment:

· Sit, bend and use hands.

· Stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, talk and listen.

· Ability to focus on detailed objects and use distance and close vision.

· Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
