Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Shift: Evening shift, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Position Summary: The 2nd Shift Processing & Kitchen Lead is responsible for leading daily cannabis flower processing, infused product production, and kitchen production and packaging operations. This role ensures production goals are met while maintaining strict adherence to quality assurance and sanitation SOP’s and employee performance metrics aligned with brand standards. This role maintains full compliance of Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission regulations. The 2nd Shift Processing & Kitchen Lead supports optimal team performance across flower processing, edible manufacturing, and packaging functions while maintaining accurate documentation, consistent inventory controls and positive team performance.

General Processing Responsibilities:

· Lead and support daily cannabis processing and edible manufacturing and packaging operations

· Monitor employee attendance and performance providing counseling as needed

· Oversees team performance in accordance with daily/weekly/monthly production expectations

· Train, coach and support staff

· Ensure product and process quality control standards to remain within full compliance of

CCC regulations

· Develop and maintain expertise in Metrc & Dutchie, including creating and managing

tag identifiers for all processing and kitchen needs

· Complete and maintain accurate compliance required documentation including but not

limited too : Recipe Formula logs, Master Manufacturing Records

(MMR’s), Production Batch Logs and ITL Sample documentation

· Assist in preparation of infused substrates and MIP products

· Track production output to maintain adequate vault inventory levels in alignment with monthly

production goals

· Coordinate daily with processing, kitchen and packaging teams to ensure smooth shift

changeover and an efficient workflow

· Oversee sanitation, cleaning schedules, proper equipment use and preventative maintenance

· Identify and assist with troubleshooting workflow, equipment, and production

Experience Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of production or packaging experience (cannabis preferred) 2. Strong attention to detail and reliability 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment 4. High School Diploma or equivalent 5. 2-4 years leadership experience

Education and Professional Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Must be able to obtain and maintain all state-required cannabis licenses and badges.

· Ability to pass background checks as required by state and local regulations.

· Ability to prioritize and problem solve in real time

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements and Working conditions:

1. Ability to work in kitchen, Edible pack and flower process rooms

2. Basic tech proficiency – must be able to comfortably use computer, email systems, copier

etc.

3. Ability to lift up to 50 bs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.

4. Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching,

walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes for

extended periods of time.

5. May Require extended periods of focus on detailed tasks
