Our mission is to deliver high-quality, individualized care that empowers each child to reach their full potential—and that starts with hiring and training team members who are just as passionate. Whether you're new to the field or already have experience, you’ll benefit from exceptional hands-on training, mentorship, and a collaborative environment where both staff and clients thrive. Most importantly, you’ll help children learn, grow, and build brighter futures—one meaningful moment at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as outlined in each child’s treatment plan
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs

  • Support daily routines including hygiene, toileting, and transitions when appropriate
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure safety at all times

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about working with kids
  • Previous experience working with children (ABA experience a plus, but not required)
  • Willing to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training (provided)
  • Clear background check and professional references
  • Comfortable being active (kneeling, sitting on the floor, transitioning between positions frequently)

Nice to Have:

  • Enrolled in or completed a degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Interest in becoming a BCBA or pursuing a career in ABA

Perks & Benefits:

  • Paid time off and vacation accrual (based on hours worked)
  • Healthcare benefits for full-time staff (30+ hrs/week) after 90 days
  • 3% employer-matched Simple IRA retirement plan
  • CPR/First Aid and Safety-Care certification provided
  • A fun, supportive culture that celebrates your growth and impact
