Precise Builder is an innovative SaaS product designed specifically for the construction industry, simplifying business management by replacing multiple software platforms with one cohesive solution. We’ve built a product that helps construction companies manage everything from operations to office processes, and we’re on a mission to help small businesses streamline their work. As we scale, we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Full-Cycle Sales Account Executive to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind building and growing our customer base. From outbound lead generation to closing deals and onboarding clients, you will own the sales process from start to finish. This is an exciting, challenging opportunity for a tenacious, self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent, fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, product demos, and closing deals.
  • Utilize our CRM system to document all sales activities and maintain precise pipeline data.
  • Handle deals and engage in client communication promptly.
  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product, campaigns, and promotions to effectively convey their benefits to current and potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Attend industry trade shows and sales events as a company representative to showcase our product and engage with potential clients.
  • Demonstrate exceptional commitment to client satisfaction through proactive service and support.
  • Maintain a focus on our product development and overall growth initiatives.

Experience & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience selling software directly to small businesses or business owners.
  • Fairly tech-savvy and comfortable with software applications.
  • Ability to Work Independently.
  • Experience in construction, particularly exterior construction, is a strong advantage for understanding our clients’ needs
  • Highly self-driven with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Proficiency with relevant software, including CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain composure and handle rejection from sales prospects
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, cultivating professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Experience in construction, particularly exterior construction is a plus!

Role Clarifications

  • This is a challenging, fast-paced role that requires outbound Prospecting. You will be the main sales person, there is not a team of sales reps.
  • You will work in a collaborative team that will train, support, and assist you as you perform your responsibilities. However, a large portion of your work will require you to be highly independent and self-driven.If you’re not comfortable working independently, this role may not be the right fit.
  • We’re specifically seeking candidates with experience selling software to small businesses or business owners, not large corporations or boards.
  • This role will have a specific compensation package structure and it is negotionable. Terms will be discussed throughout the hiring process.
