Insurance Account Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Insurance Account Representative to join our team. This role combines customer service and sales, offering the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while also identifying their insurance needs and providing the right coverage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional day-to-day customer service and support.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options that meet their needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and follow up on leads, quotes, renewals, and policy changes.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Support the agency team in achieving sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Georgia Property & Casualty licensing required for role. Applicant must have this license or be willing to obtain prior to start date.
• Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using agency management systems and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
