Full job description
FULL TIME POSITION as an Administrative Assistant needed for a Property Management Company located in Gilbert managing single-family residential homes throughout the Valley.
We are professional, fast-paced and challenging.

***MUST BE A LICENSED REALTOR IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA***
This position is fast-paced and requires the ability to multi-task, be highly organized and have efficient and accurate computer skills.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Phones/Customer Service
- Receiving Tenant Rents
- Process Incoming and Outgoing Mail
- Process Miscellaneous Notices
- Scanning & Uploading important docs to appropriate pages & then passing to appropriate team member if additional processing is needed
- Creating Move-In Packets
- Ordering Signs up/down when requested
- Ordering Professional Photos when requested
- Drafting Partial Payment Agreements approved by management
- Processing Tenant Evictions
- Processing Move Out Key Return Receipts
- Following up with Tenants after Move-In
- Processing Move-In Checklists
- Processing HOA Registrations and keeping HOA Information up to date
- Registering Properties as Rentals with Proper County
- Helping others where needed
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
In addition to the responsibilities above, this position requires the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Necessary Qualifications:
- AZ Real Estate License is a MUST!
- General knowledge of computer applications
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Above average organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Punctual
- Good sense of humor
- Experience with Appfolio is a plus, but not required
Attire: Business Casual
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 /hour based on experience.
