About the Role

Pathways Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our growing real estate & property management team. This position plays a lead role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring that tenants, property owners, and team members receive timely, professional, and caring support.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Lead property management functions including tenant communications, showing schedules, maintenance coordination, and record keeping.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate property profiles across management and advertising platforms.
  • Maintain property marketing through social media, website listings, and community engagement.
  • Manage digital filing, data entry, and routine administrative tasks to support the Property Management team.
  • Assist with rent processing, notices, and other tenant or owner correspondence as needed.
  • Ownership of lead generation, CRM management, and communication campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
  • Experience with online & social media marketing on platforms such as Google, Facebook and Instagram for business use.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to self-start and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management preferred but not necessary.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
  • Professional, positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
