Hughes Media is a growing city/regional magazine publishing company. Currently, Hughes Media publishes Northwest Quarterly Magazine, Smart Living Live Magazine, Northwest Living Magazine, Smart Living Lakeside Magazine, Smart Living Lake Country Magazine and Smart Living Fort Wayne Magazine. We will be starting another new magazine in the near future.

We deal with leading marketing partners who are loyal to our magazines.

If you like to work with people, this is a terrific opportunity. This is a base salary plus commission sales job, where there is no limit to the income you can earn.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• You will be working inside and outside of the office prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand sales concepts and articulate them clearly to clients.
• Experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A mode of transportation to make sale calls in the area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,677.17 - $61,030.57 per year
