Job Description:

· Prepare and send invoices in BuilderTrend

· Communicate with clients for payment resolutions

· Negotiate payment arrangements

· Record payments in BuilderTrend and QuickBooks

· Resolve payment discrepancies

· Maintain billing accounts and records

· Produce reports as required by management

· Assure we are an approved vendor for oncoming new customers

This position is eligible for:

Accounts Receivables Required Skills

· A minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience as an A/R Specialist is required; an A/R
background in the construction industry is highly required!

· Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online application is required

· Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills are highly required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
