Architectural Coordinator
3–7 Years of Experience

Position Summary
Charles Vincent George Architects, Inc. is seeking an experienced and technically capable Architectural Staff II team member to support the development, coordination, and documentation of architectural projects across multiple market sectors. This role requires a growing understanding of building systems, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and project delivery while working collaboratively with Project Architects, Project Managers, and firm leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
· Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings and construction documents for projects of varying complexity.
· Assist in the development of schematic design, design development, and construction document phases.
· Coordinate consultant information into project drawing sets.
· Ability to provide zoning code, building code, ADA, and life safety research under supervision.
· Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
· Assist with preparation of permit submissions and responses to review comments.
· Support construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, and field observations.
· Maintain project schedules and assist with project documentation organization.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
· 3–7 years of professional architectural experience.
· Working knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and building systems.
· Experience with the application of building codes and permitting processes.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
· Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

· Assist with site analysis, planning, and design coordination.
· Support development of technical drawing sets and project specifications.
· Coordinate consultant drawings and technical information.
· Assist with permit processing and construction administration activities.
