Associate Attorney - Litigation

**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and possess knowledge in various legal areas including commercial litigation and commercial contract law.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis

- Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda

- Provide legal support in various practice areas such as litigation

- Assist in trial preparation and court appearances

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas

- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases

**Experience:**

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the Pennsylvania state bar association

- Experience working in a law office environment a plus

- Strong writing and analytical skills

- Knowledge of Lexis-Nexis or similar research platform

- Understanding of legal administrative procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
