- Train, coach, and mentor junior audit staff to build technical skills and promote professional growth.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely communication, resolving issues, and building trusted relationships.
- Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Review work papers and financial statements for accuracy and adherence to applicable standards.
- Collaborate with the team and other managers to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced client value.
What You Bring
- CPA license required (or nearly complete).
- Minimum of 3 years of audit experience in public accounting (not private industry).
- Proven ability to manage people and lead teams effectively.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons.
Why You’ll Love Working Here

- Opportunities to lead, mentor, and shape client strategy.
- Competitive benefits including: 401(k) + Matching; Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance; Ample PTO; 14 Holidays and Paid CPE.
