Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Design and Engineer Industrial Automation and Control Systems
  • Design and Engineer Industrial power distribution and motor controls
  • Develop and implement PLC control and computer HMI systems
  • Install and configure VFD’s and motor controls
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial instrumentation
  • Specify, Install, setup, configure, and program sensors for various applications

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Job requires travel- travel can be significant at times
  • Must have a degree in engineering
  • Experience with PLC’s, HMI’s, Networking- Design, Implementation, Troubleshooting
  • Experience in Programming: Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text, Rockwell (Studio 5000/RSLogix5000) Modicon, Siemens,
  • Experience in Programmin: HMI (Rockwell Factory Talk View ME/SE)
  • Be able to read, understand, create, and troubleshoot electrical schematics
  • Must be Proficient with computers, Windows, and communications
  • Must be capable of working productively with minimal supervision
  • Must be in good physical condition- work can be demanding at times
  • Must be capable of adjusting to customer’s scheduling needs with little or no notice
  • Must have strong communication skills

Preferred Experience with:

  • Robotics & Motion Control – Programming, system design, troubleshooting
  • Computer Vision – 2D & 3D: Vision concepts – Lighting filters, OCR optical character recognition
  • Computer Vision: Machine Learning, Deep Learning concepts
  • Foundational Programming Experience (C, C++, python), being able to read, follow, and understand this type of programming. Understand and use libraries, ability to read/write FOR loops, WHILE loops, structures, and functions
  • Technical writing skills
  • 3D cad design (Solidworks)
  • Mechatronics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
