Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Backhoe Operator to join our team. This position primarily involves operating a backhoe and other equipment to install underground fiber optic lines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating backhoes in a construction environment with a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation
  • Familiarity with construction site safety procedures
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to travel weekly (Sunday-Friday) and stay near job sites
