Bar Apprentice (Bartender-in-Training)

Molly’s is hiring a Bar Apprentice to work alongside our bartenders and gain hands-on bar experience. This role is ideal for an experienced server who’s ready to grow into a bartending position.

If you already know your way around service flow and want to build real bar skills, this is your next move.

What You’ll Do

• Pour beer and wine, and assist with basic 2-touch cocktails as needed
• Use Toast POS to take and process bar and cocktail table orders
• Support bartenders during service (restocking, prep, glassware)
• Wash, organize, and maintain glassware
• Run food to the bar and cocktail tables
• Take orders for cocktail tables in the bar area
• Handle general bar tasks to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of serving experience (required)
• Familiarity with Toast POS (preferred)
• Strong interest in becoming a bartender
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused
• Evening and weekend availability
