Job Summary:

At SilverStream Coffee Roasters, we believe coffee is more than a drink—it’s a way to brighten someone’s day. We’re looking for a fun, warm, energetic person to join our team. This role starts in our Airstream and will grow into a role in our bookstore coffee bar, so adaptability is key.

This isn’t just about making coffee—it’s about making connections, creating moments, and spreading joy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is teachable, outgoing, and enthusiastic about coffee culture and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Drink Preparation: Craft high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and engaging service, ensuring each guest feels welcome and appreciated.

Food & Pastry Handling: Assist in serving pastries and light food items.

Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, counters, etc.

Stocking & Inventory: Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow baristas and staff to create a positive and efficient environment.

Qualifications: MUST LOVE COFFEE!

Experience: Prior barista, bartending, management, or coffee shop experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!

Attitude: You love coffee and connecting with people. You’re fun, outgoing, and naturally hospitable—customers remember you. You have flexibility and a can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
