Doolittle Diner & Café is bringing 1950’s charm back to life with a full-service diner experience — complete with a vintage rail car, classic comfort food, hand-spun milkshakes, and exceptional coffee.

We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to join us as Barista/Servers — the heart of our guest experience.

-Position Overview

As a Barista/Server, you’ll blend the best of both worlds — crafting quality espresso drinks and delivering full-service diner hospitality. You’ll help create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere while ensuring every guest leaves happy.

-Responsibilities

Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and specialty beverages
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver meals and drinks with professionalism and warmth
Maintain a clean and organized service area
Process payments and operate POS system
Assist with milkshakes, fountain drinks, and diner specialties
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
Contribute to a fun, upbeat 50’s diner atmosphere

- Qualifications

Previous barista and/or serving experience preferred
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and punctual
Team-oriented mindset
Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
