Full job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

This position plays a key role in our production process and will involve a mix of machine operation, hand assembly, and shipping support.

Assist throughout the Bindery Department, including Mailing and Shipping
Set up, operate, and maintain bindery and finishing equipment, including:
Cutters
Folders
Stitchers
Binding machines
Inserters
Inkjetting equipment
Forktruck Driving
Perform hand assembly and fabrication of printed materials according to job specifications
Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of finished products
Make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bindery or print production environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Basic knowledge of print production, prepress, or layout concepts is a plus
Ability to read and follow job tickets and detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time
