ComKey Therapy is an in-home therapy company that serve families all across the state of Connecticut. We provide services to all ages and skill levels to help individuals and their families achieve as prosperous functional live as possible.

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to help support our ethical and functional approach to ABA therapy.

We are now hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts!

ComKey is looking for BCBA’s that have the following:

Master’s degree in ABA or equivalent field

Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®)

Strong oral and written communication skills

Clear professional and ethical guidelines

Ability to self-manage time and caseload

Have excellent customer service

Must be able to:

  • Complete evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Summarize data, analyze data, and produce visual data
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Evaluate client progress ensuring treatment goals are being met
  • Monitor and adjust intervention plans
  • Produce documents and forms as needed for our contracted insurance companies
  • Provide direct therapy with client as recommended/needed
  • Build and maintain professional rapport with client and family in accordance to ethical standards of conduct
  • Train and provide support to parents, caregivers and Behavioral Therapist
  • Respond to patient account manager/supervisor’s in a timely manner
  • Provide support to ABA therapy team
  • Supervise behavior therapists as needed and in accordance with insurance and all applicable laws, standards and regulations
  • Ensure client records are accurate on a daily basis (i.e. data collection, session notes, authorizations)
  • Supervise and ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols
  • Monitor treatment integrity
  • Conduct training for ABA staff
  • Evaluate risk management and crisis management
