Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, utilizing applied behavior analysis to promote positive behavioral changes. This role requires a strong understanding of the principles of behavior and patient care. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment, and supervising ABA Therapists.

Behavior Analyst Job Description

Job Title: Behavior Analyst - BCBA

General Job Function: Conduct initial evaluations including skills assessments and functional behavior assessments; design and implement treatment plans; supervise behavior technicians; collaborate with families and providers; mentor graduate students.

Qualifications*: Master’s Degree, Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst, Board Certification

*recent graduates in the credentialing process are encouraged to apply!

  • Essential Physical requirements: You will be expected to be able to bend at the waist, lift at least 50 pounds, and be able to implement company-related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.).

Working requirement: You will be expected to work 40 hours per week and have a flexible schedule. Behavior analysts have a quarterly billable requirement that accounts for vacation and sick time.

Job Duties

  • Direct supervision and training of ABA Therapists
  • Treatment plan development (e.g., functional analyses, treatment analyses, behavior guideline development, writing individualized goals and objectives)
  • Parent training
  • Treatment plan management
  • Timely submission of documentation
  • Fulfillment of service appointments
  • Light schedule coordination
  • Travel to client locations
  • Participation in clinical meetings
  • Supervision of students requiring supervised field experience
