Come Grow With Us! We are seeking a Business Development Associate to assist in the growth of the company. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for cold calling, identifying and researching potential business opportunities, developing relationships with customers, and executing marketing plans to increase sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and is able to work independently.

Please note: This is a hybrid job opportunity, candidate must live in Missouri or close enough to visit our manufacturing plants regularly.

Business Development Associate Duties and Responsibilities

· Research potential customers and cultivate relationships with prospective customers.

· Identify new business opportunities and assess the potential of new customers while coordinating with operations teams as to the viability of the opportunity.

· Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services

· Track and report on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends

· Develop and execute marketing plans to increase sales

· Conduct cold calling to initiate contact with potential customers and generate new business leads.

Business Development Associate Requirements and Qualifications

· Associate degree or better preferred but not required

· 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Able to work independently and multitask

· Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
