Full job description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Install cables outdoors from poles and inside residential homes.
  • Verify signal levels on cable outlets to ensure quality service.
  • Provide TV, Internet, and Phone services to our valued customers.
  • Install and set up equipment such as modems and cable boxes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Educate customers about our wide range of services.

Requirements:

  • Your own White SUV, equipped with commercial-grade ladder racks for transporting 28-foot ladder.
  • Experience as a Cable Technician
  • Active driver’s license and a valid Social Security Number.
  • iPhone/iPad for using our app to receive and manage service orders.
  • Conversational English skills
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Physical capability to handle heavy objects, including 28 ft ladders.
