About Us

HEXcores is an innovative and growing custom pivot door manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality designs and products. We’re currently looking for a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team and support our project pipeline with detailed and accurate technical drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on specifications and sketches.
  • Update and revise existing drawings as required.
  • Work with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy of plans.
  • Prepare documentation for construction, manufacturing, or permitting.
  • Follow industry standards and company protocols.
  • Maintain organized project files and drawing logs.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or certificate in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a CAD drafting role (entry-level applicants may be considered).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (primary); SolidWorks (Revit, MicroStation, or similar tools a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with BIM or 3D modeling software.
  • Field experience or knowledge of construction methods.
