Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of carpentry experience and a strong background in residential construction and remodeling. This role involves working on a variety of projects and requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Duties

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
• Perform tasks related to siding installation and roofing repairs.
• Fabricate wooden structures based on project specifications.
• Engage in concrete forming and masonry work as needed.
• Participate in remodeling projects, enhancing existing structures to meet client needs.
• Conduct construction painting as part of finishing processes.
• Use mobile app to follow project checklists, complete tasks, and submit daily log entries.
• Understand and follow written and verbal instructions; communicate clearly with trade partners and co-workers.
• Interact in a professional and respectful manner with clients, vendors, and fellow team members.
• Arrive on time to assigned job sites with reliable transportation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

• 4–5 years of experience in carpentry or a closely related construction trade is required.
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades, including framing, siding, roofing, masonry, finishing, and quality control.
• Familiarity with construction practices, procedures, tools, materials, and specifications.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools with attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to problem-solve and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to job site safety and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb extension ladders and work on roofs.
• Ability to work with tools, lumber, and construction materials.
• Ability to lift and manipulate tools and materials, often weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Capable of performing tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments, during all seasons and weather conditions.
