Experienced Carpenters Needed – Join a Growing Team at Cornerstone Craftsmen

Cornerstone Craftsmen is seeking experienced carpenters to join our team as we continue to grow. We specialize in pole barns, barndominiums, concrete work, and residential construction, with a strong pipeline of projects currently booked out 9 months in advance.

What You’ll Do

• Construct pole barns and post-frame buildings
• Assist in building barndominium homes and residential projects
• Perform general framing, siding, roofing, and finishing work
• Support concrete work including forming, pouring, and finishing (experience preferred)
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to high standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in carpentry or construction
• Ability to read plans and follow project specifications
• Experience with post-frame construction is a plus
• Concrete experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
