Full job description
ECCA is seeking a full-time Client Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships between Primarius and food banks throughout the United States and Canada.
Developed by ECCA, Primarius is a leading community resource planning solution designed specifically for food banks and the communities they serve. The software is essential to daily operations, helping food banks carry out their missions more efficiently and effectively.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, delivering comprehensive support and training to ensure successful use of the Primarius software. You will collaborate with both new and existing clients, providing assistance by phone, email, and occasionally through onsite visits.
This role combines technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
Responsibilities
- Provide software support via phone, email, and onsite visits as needed.
- Track and manage client communications and documentation within a CRM or similar system.
- Diagnose issues and research solutions to address client questions and concerns.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Working knowledge of accounting and inventory control processes.
- Ability to clearly and patiently explain technical concepts.
- At least two years of experience in a client services role.

- Customer support: 2 years (Required)
- Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)
