Join our team at CCT Enterprises as a CNC Lathe Setup/Operator and be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment. We are seeking a skilled individual who can contribute to our growth and success.
Job Overview:
As a CNC Lathe Setup/Operator at CCT Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the efficient production of high-quality components. This is a direct hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Conduct machine setups, including tool changes and adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand job requirements
- Perform quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools
- Handle materials efficiently and safely during the machining process
- Follow established processes for machining operations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CNC machining, specifically with lathe operations
- Proficiency in programming CNC machines is highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
Position Requirements/Qualifications
-No felonies
-High school diploma or GED.
-Factory experience a plus.
-Eager to learn.
- Basic blueprint reading.
-Good manual dexterity.
-Able to visually distinguish small details to assure the production of quality products.
-Able to remain focused for extended periods of time during repetitive work.
-Ability to stand for 8 hours.
-Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
-Ability to read English.
-Ability to perform basic math functions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
