POSITION – 2nd shift CNC Supervisor

Number of openings – 2

JOB LOCATION – Milwaukee - 53214

STARTING DATE – 04/07/25

EMPLOYMENT TERM – temp to hire or Direct

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 4PM – 12:30AM

STARTING PAY – Up to $35/hr.

REQUIRED EDUCATION – None Required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Ability to read and interpret blueprints, understanding of various CNC machines,

Experienced with leading a diverse set of employees, familiar with managing and creating schedules and ability to estimate time and cost to complete a project.

Responsibilities:

· Managing a group of employees, completing maintenance checkups, keeping accurate records, reduce waste, regularly review employee performance.

· Work with various inspection tools, including micrometers and calipers.

· Set performance goals for employees and hold them accountable.

· Maintain safety and quality standards.
