Full job description

We are a holistic behavioral health and recovery-focused organization providing sober living, intensive outpatient programming (IOP), and community support programs. We work with individuals navigating substance use, mental health challenges, housing instability, and reintegration into healthy community living.

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Community Support Worker (CSW) to support clients in building stability, independence, and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily living skills, goal setting, and recovery planning
  • Assist clients in accessing community resources, benefits, employment, and appointments
  • Help clients develop healthy routines, communication skills, and self-sufficiency
  • Maintain documentation, progress notes, and communication with the care team
  • Support engagement in programming, groups, and wellness activities
  • Build trusting, professional relationships with clients while maintaining healthy boundaries
  • Participate in team meetings and care coordination

Qualifications

  • Experience working in behavioral health, social services, recovery, case management, or community support preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  • Experience working with Medicaid populations is helpful
  • Must be compassionate, reliable, and nonjudgmental
