About Us

What You’ll Do

As a Construction Coordinator, you’ll be the hub that keeps our pool projects moving smoothly. You will:

Project Scheduling & Tracking – Coordinate 60+ pool builds annually, from contract signing through completion.
Material Procurement & Logistics – Order materials, track deliveries, and manage vendor relationships.
Documentation & Systems Management – Keep project details accurate in software (ClickUp, ProBuild, Buildertrend).
Communication & Coordination – Serve as the go-to contact for homeowners, vendors, crews, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving – Troubleshoot delays, scheduling conflicts, or material shortages quickly.
Compliance & Quality Assurance – Oversee permits, inspections, and adherence to safety/building standards.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Experience with project management software (ClickUp, ProBuild, Buildertrend, or similar). Strong skills and experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear, professional communication skills
Conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of construction experience (residential/light commercial preferred)
2+ years of office/administrative or coordination experience in construction
Construction Management degree or certification
3–5 years of construction experience (pool/spa or specialty trades a plus)
Familiarity with local permitting and inspection processes
Customer service or direct homeowner-facing experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
