Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil
- Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, beams, and concrete
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform general maintenance tasks on tools and equipment
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus
- Valid driver's license is preferred
