Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other construction elements.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and carrying materials.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be able to comply with safety regulations on the job site.
- Must be able to pass BOTH mandatory and random drug/alcohol screening.
- OSHA 10 Certification

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.60 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
