Construction/Hardscape Installation Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction/Hardscape Installation Foreman to lead and oversee the successful execution of hardscape and construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage a team of skilled workers, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship. Your expertise in various construction disciplines and ability to read blueprints and schematics will drive project efficiency and excellence from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of hardscape installation projects, including paver patios, retaining walls, stonework, concrete finishing, masonry, and related construction activities.
• Lead a team of laborers and skilled tradespeople, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Read and interpret deisgns and takeoffs to execute projects.
• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, material procurement, equipment operation (heavy equipment, power tools), and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations; conduct regular safety inspections and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with clients + project managers to coordinate project timelines, address issues promptly, and maintain open communication.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, inspections, change orders, and project logs using tools such as Jobber

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on hardscape installation or related fields such as masonry, concrete finishing, or remodeling.
• Hands-on experience operating power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment (such as excavators or loaders), and performing site inspections.
• Knowledge of construction estimating practices and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
