Overview of Pendant
Pendant is building a new kind of women's health and fertility benefits organization — one designed to deliver better outcomes, greater flexibility, and a more accountable model for employers and members. We sit at the center of a connected ecosystem that brings together benefit design, care navigation, technology, financing, and provider alignment to help employers offer a smarter, more effective solution across fertility and women's health.
As a growth-stage company, Pendant is looking for leaders who are excited not only to drive results, but also to help build the strategy, structure, and playbook that will define our future.
The Role
Pendant Health is transforming the way fertility and family building benefits are delivered to employers and members — and the way we work with providers. We are building a modern, data-driven platform that connects members with high-quality reproductive care while creating strong partnerships with fertility clinics, providers, and specialty partners.
The Contract & Operations Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of provider partnerships across contracting, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing operations. This role will lead contract negotiations with fertility practices, maintain accurate network data within the CRM, establish scalable workflows for onboarding and implementation, and ensure strong operational partnerships with clinics across the network.
