Creative Marketing Coordinator
Part-time 20 hours/week
Beginning July 15, 2026
WHO WE ARE:
Big Table is a fast-growing Christian non-profit that provides care for the largest industry in the nation - those working in the restaurant and hospitality industry. It is a vibrant industry full of gifted, creative, and generous people. It is also an incredibly tough industry that is the catch basin for the most marginalized in the country: at-risk teens, single parents, minorities, new immigrants, income-insecure seniors, and those formerly incarcerated working to build new lives. Many work inconsistent hours at multiple jobs that push relationships past the breaking point. The stress levels are constantly high and most have no safety net, insurance, or benefits. It is the industry with the highest rates of drug and alcohol abuse in the country.
Our Mission:
Guided by the remarkable example of Jesus, Big Table exists to see the lives of those working in the restaurant and hospitality industry transformed by creating community and caring for those who are in crisis, transition, or falling through the cracks.
Big Table is joyfully committed to care for all who work in the restaurant and hospitality industry without any strings attached. We do so specifically because of our faith that God created each person for eternity, and each person we engage with is of infinite value. We share our Christian faith and model Christ’s love as we care and build trust. We don’t lead with this on our website or print materials because the perception of Christian faith in the restaurant and hospitality industry is uniquely negative and would keep us from engaging the very people we are called to serve.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented part-time Creative Marketing Coordinator to help bring Big Table’s mission to life through compelling digital storytelling. This role blends graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation to help produce meaningful content across print, web, email, and social platforms.
WHO YOU ARE:
You’re creative at heart, energized by intentional design, video, and storytelling that helps communicate our meaningful work. You enjoy both bringing ideas to life and staying attentive to the details that make content clear and effective. You bring generosity and positivity to your team, work well independently, and are motivated by a faith that leads you to serve others with grace and humility. You’re seeking a flexible, part-time role with mission-driven impact and purpose. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design compelling visual content and communications using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for social media, email campaigns, events, development materials, and other marketing initiatives
· Help maintain and update the bigtable.org website, including creating and editing pages
· Assist in social media content strategy, including scheduling, posting, and performance optimization
· Assist in the production of mission-driven video content for social media, web, and campaigns
· Work with the Director of Marketing and Executive Assistant to execute campaigns and development initiatives
· Proofread and edit communications, including care stories and campaign content
· Quarterly high-level social media, CRM, and Google Analytics reporting
*Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please see the HOW TO APPLY section for the required application documents.
