Full job description
* MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL PRINTING EXPERIENCE
We are a commercial printing company, that is looking to hire a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Printing and Graphic Arts Industry with Large Format printing knowledge is a REQUIREMENT.
In this role, you’ll be our customers’ point of contact, responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience!
Handle customer questions, estimates, order entry, and printing requests
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
Some inside sales / upselling
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Familiarity with estimating and invoicing systems
Team player is a requirement
Ability to find the positive in any situation
Some out in the field work is required for Site surveys and client meetings.
